In this episode of the season, Duncan was pressurized by Logan to compete for the class president where his competitor was Wanda Varner. Duncan won the election and became the class president and Veronica believed that the election had been fixed previously. Aaron Echolls, Logan’s father, discovers him arranging the Bumfights, in a manner similar to the street fights. It all happened when a video of the fights was uploaded on the internet. Meanwhile, Abel Koontz terminated the services of his public defender. Veronica made a shocking discovery about Lilly’s murder as she came to know that Lilly’s shoes, which were in her room following her murder, were later located on Abel’s houseboat.
